UEHARA is compatible with strict specifications of surface treatment in the automotive industry.
Asahikawa factory obtained ISO9001 certification in 1999 and ISO / TS16949 in 2008. We build a quality assurance system at an early stage, and are working to strengthen the quality management system.
We received quality certification from each of the customers and have established a system in order to respond each customer needs.
In addition, in order to meet the demands of customers of the quality and physical properties, we own a variety of test equipment.
Surface treatment is highly affected by the previous process As we are familiar with all of surface treatment processes due to long time experiences, we can smoothly feedback the necessary measures to the previous processes i.e. injection molding, tooling design, which resulting in keeping the worldly reputed UEHARA quality as the finished products.
